1.2 Buyer / Participant

The buyer/participant is the person who completes the online registration form and purchases event access. Buyer details are collected during checkout.

2. Subject of Agreement

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding online registration and payment for the Center of Aligner Academy masterclass/event.

4. Payment and Confirmation

The buyer completes payment using the online payment method provided on the website. Registration is confirmed after successful payment approval by the payment provider.

5. Performance of Service

The service will be performed at the event venue and date announced by the organizer. The participant may be required to present QR code, ticket code, ID or email confirmation at the entrance.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Since the agreement relates to an event/service to be performed on a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under applicable distance sales legislation. Refund and cancellation requests are evaluated according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the organizer cancels or postpones the event, the organizer will inform participants through email or the website and may offer a new date, transfer option or refund according to the announced policy.

8. Participant Obligations

The participant must provide accurate registration information, comply with event rules and avoid unauthorized recording, copying or distribution of event materials.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and KVKK Aydınlatma Metni available on the website.

10. Evidence Agreement

The parties accept that electronic records, payment records, registration records, email confirmations and system logs may constitute evidence in relation to this agreement, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts. For commercial disputes, .................................................... courts and enforcement offices shall be competent.
