2. Scope of Service
Center of Aligner Academy provides information, registration and payment access for professional clinical education events, masterclasses, lectures and related educational activities.
3. Registration
Users may register for the event by completing the registration form and completing payment through the available online payment infrastructure. The registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Accuracy of Information
The participant is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. The organizer is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email, phone, invoice or attendee information.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed through iyzico or another authorized payment service provider. Card information is processed by the payment provider; the website does not store card numbers, CVV or full card credentials.
6. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, venue, schedule, session titles or operational details when necessary. Any significant change will be communicated through the website or email.
7. Participant Rules
Participants are expected to follow professional conduct standards during the event. The organizer may deny entry or remove participants who disrupt the event, violate venue rules or act in a manner harmful to other attendees.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, event content, visual materials, logos, designs, videos, presentations and educational materials are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
9. Certificate
Certificates, if provided, may be issued only to participants whose registration and attendance are confirmed. Certificate issuance conditions may vary depending on the event format and attendance verification process.
10. Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of opportunity, technical failures outside its control, force majeure, venue-related interruptions or third-party service disruptions.
11. Force Majeure
Events such as natural disasters, public authority restrictions, epidemic measures, war, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, technical failures, venue unavailability or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may be considered force majeure.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from these terms, the competent courts and enforcement offices shall be .................................................... unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
