The service is performed on the announced event date and at the announced venue. After successful payment, the participant receives registration confirmation and attendee access information by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the service as an event/masterclass registration for a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal may not apply unless the organizer grants a specific cancellation/refund option.
