Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rules regarding cancellation, refund, transfer and event changes.
1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to registrations and ticket purchases made for Center of Aligner Academy events through www.centerofaligneracademy.com.
2. Nature of the Service
The purchased service is an event/masterclass registration for a specific date or period. Event seats are limited and each confirmed registration reserves a seat for the participant.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Unless otherwise announced in writing by the organizer, confirmed registrations are final. Refund requests made by participants may be rejected due to the specific date/period nature of the event service.
4. Refund Exception
Under applicable distance sales rules, services relating to leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless the organizer decides otherwise.
5. Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is cancelled by the organizer and no alternative date or equivalent solution is offered, the organizer may refund the registration fee to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
6. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, the participant’s registration may remain valid for the new date. Alternative options, if any, will be announced by the organizer.
7. Name Transfer
Participant name changes or seat transfers may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion. Requests must be submitted to .................................................... before ../../....
8. No-show
Failure to attend the event does not automatically create a refund right. No-show participants may not be entitled to a refund, credit or replacement access.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Bank/payment provider processing times may vary.
